I'm torn between the Vorsteiner hood and the Ma Shaw GTR hood.

Here is my thoughts....

1) Vorsteiner CF hood painted

2) Vorsteiner CF hood not painted

3) Ma Shaw GTR CF hood painted

4) Ma Shaw GTR CF hood not-painted

So, if I could see a photoshop of each, that would be great....and no, I do not have the ///M roundel anymore...I finally grew out of that.

Mods can this be put in the bimmer rides and styles forum as well? I'd like everyone's input, but I thought the photochop forum was the appropriate place...but I'm not getting any hits!

as much as i hatethe vorsteiner hood, it looks great with your intercooler. i say do that unpainted and it would look great

unr, thanks for th visual...if you would, I'd like to see the GTR painted....right now, it is really tough with pics 1 and 3....definitely against the painted Vorsteiner, so now down to 3!

I dont think the vended hoods look right painted. Non-vented paint it.

So now I'm down to three: Vorsteiner not painted, GTR painted/not painted. I'm really liking the nonpainted CF look to be honest. I can't decide if the car has too much going on with the GTR hood or not...I guess I can't go wrong with either hood...

how about a stock hood? Why have hoodvents/scoops when its not necessary

Helping heat to escape is always helpful to a turbo'd car and I believe that the hood scoops in the Vorsteiner or MAShaw hood will help

just what I was gonna say. pure sex when the whole thing is painted, but the vents are CF.

I think I'm going to go with the GTR hood and if I want to down the line, paint the hood
