My wife's 07 328i stalled yesterday on her way to work. She got it stopped and it restarted fine. If I take it to the dealer is there anything they can check? Only happened once so far.

Uhm... unless it's an automatic, isn't this normal that you can accidentally stall the car?

Mine has stalled several times over the last 6 months, its at the Dealer right now. BMW told them to reprogram the entire car with new version software to fix.

Stalled on starting or while sitting and idling?

It is an automatic, stalled at a low speed 5 to 10 mph while pulling into traffic. She had to pull off the road and put it in park to restart it.

first time i was driving ;i was on off ramp making a right turn when engine stalled and died;had to stop in the intersection and restart;
called dealer for an appointment but in meanwhile:
two days later my wife was trying to park in a parking structure and when she made the left turn into a spot car stalled again;steering and brakes became stiff,she got scared and the car stopped into a parking pillar;
took it to the dealer;been there for two weeks,waiting for a BMW engineer to check it out;i want to make them pay for it:

Pay for what? It is under warranty so they will cover it if anything is wrong. If nothing is wrong no one pays! Was there damage to the car's body you mean? If so, are you sure this is due to stalling not bad driving? No offense there, but I wouldn't buy this story if my wife told it to me unless I was there to witness it.

BTW, why has it been 2 weeks at the dealer? It doesn't start or they can't find anything?

I assume it is automatic transmission right? otherwise stalling a manual is normal (albeit noobish).
