The Tool concert was completely amazing......
At first I thought I had really good eye level seats, but apparently I was in the wrong section. So they sent me to the end of floor and I was pissed and embarrased because I was with a lady friend :). So I spotted the Venue Manager, told him I assumed the section was in the other area and the signs/internet say it is also, he tried to say I would have to purchase tickets, then I sighed, "Oh well, AEG hosts this right? Guess ill have to talk with them about there misinformation (Very passively)". He pulled out four tickets, which he swapped mine for, all four in a row right in the middle of the front (Perfect Perfect Spot)!!!!
So then I was like, sweet its not gonna get any better. Fortunatly the entire row next to me found some of the shit I was yelling before hand very entertaining, so I managed to score some free beer and bud, one guy even gave me a J and said I could have it (It was great stuff)....... Tool, ofcourse, was INCREDDIBLE, I thought they wouldnt top their AA performance but it was absolutely amazing with better lighting effects and actually extremely better sound quality. Over all, out of the 100+ concerts I have been to, it finnaly dominated slipknot and is deffinatly, well the Dead (Grateful Dead without Jerry) was pretty good, the best concert I have been too!
Anyone else make it?
