Is there any way to stretch out the seals around the doors on a e32. Mine have shunk some how and don't fit right around all the doors. Thanks

Get one used one.
Cut the door seal at the bottom.
Use a wooden hammer and set the seal correctly back into the corners. Insert the piece from the other spare one. Or just use a piece of rubber as I have done it based on the instructions of my buddy in Japan

Works on my car since almost 2 years. Doors are sealed perfect, less sound from wind when driving high speed, door close easier.
