how'd you do that? I cant figure out how to blur the entire picture, other than the cars. Hmmmm

yeah +1 on how to blur the pics w/o blurring the cars

You use the lasso tool around both cars, copy the selected cars, then motion blur the background. Paste the unmotion blurred cars.
