I just ordered the e32 bentley. It's $76 shipped off amazon (cheaper than any ebay sellers I've seen).

Why did it take them so long??

I'm very happy as well that the E38 manual is coming out... but please everyone proceed with caution...

I read somewhere on the net that you could have gotten a "factory" manual, but had limited value due to primarily the reference use of "special" tools. I sincerely hope the new Bentley manual is written in normal everday mechanics prose (i.e. like Hayne's/ CHilton's) and references standard mechnics tools and not BMW special tool xxxx.

I will likely wait until I hear back from the other forum members before I invest...
