It's simple. Here is a good tut I used a while back and I still use this method for lowering cars. Bunch of other good tuts in there too

LOL... yeah, man I dont know about the front lips. I just always seem to get 'em that way. I plan on getting a stock lip + Reiger GT OR the RS-GT thing from Max-Velocity.

Still dont know which would look better on red.
