Last December for Christmas my wife and I treated ourselves to a brand new Jet Black 335i Sedan fully loaded minus nav. Since then I have only raced about 4 cars. All Kills! But what I am most impressed about are the cars that I actually pulled. 1st pull was a 2003 Vette, only rated at about 350 or so. I believe it was a C5. That was awesome, but after reading about similar kills I was less impressed. Then...hahahaha, from a 40 mph rolling start and from a red light, I smoked a 2006 M3. It wasnt even close. I walked away from him, in his disbelief. Now I have seen the M3 race my car on youtube, and most vids are extremely close. I am still amazed. Now my latest kill, was a 2007 Cts-v. We were at about 40 mph, I jumped close to him and he took off. So I floored it. I caught him and then pulled him to about 3 car lengths. At about 110 mph I let off for obvious reasons, he passed my quickly then slowed to show his respect. I think he was as suprised as I was. I am wiling to race anyone who would care to, even if I know I would be killed. Just to see where I stand in a straight away sprint. I am wondering are these kills suprising to anyone reading this thread or are they to be expected? Now I know that the 2006 M3 is about 4.7 0-60mph. I understand you have to consider the driver also but distance I left him at was not a fluke. Then confirming it with how I pulled the Cts-v I am quite confident that maybe some of the new 335's are actually quicker than they are supposed to be. If anyone has any questions or comments please feel free to share.

That would be a rather extreme understatement.

The CTS-V, for example, weighs one fat passenger more than a 335, yet has 1/3 more power than the 3's stock rating(yes, everyone knows it's underrated by now).

In response to the "underrating" of the 335i I was quite aware of this from the get go. I was not aware of how much more performance this car has than those that I have raced. Again are these expected?
