Looking to sell my Viper 791XV (http://www.viper.com/Products/Product.aspx?ProductID=104) Alarm system. Also has pager that notifies you when alarm is triggered and remote start. Its in perfect condition and has barely been used. It has already been prewired for an E36 using a blank factory alarm plug. So it can easily be installed by anyone in under an hour. Also has Viper siren wired into a blank factory siren plug so no cutting of wires is needed on that. All parts included, nothing is missing at all. Was installed on my 328is for a few months and worked PERFECT. Was bought brand new for over $500 at Best Buy.

NOTE: The alarm can be used for ANY car. I prewired it for an E36 to make installation very simple, but NONE of the wires were cut so the factory plugs can be pulled off to install this into a vehicle of your choice

Negative, my car is a manual. I just dont have the remote start hooked up. But all of the wiring for it is still included if you have an auto and want to hook it up.

So you are saying it is capable of remote start, but only in a manual car? I'm sure it would be difficult to do in an e36 due to EWSII and stuff.

Its capable or remote start on ANY car whether it is manual or auto. But hooking up a remote start on a manual is usually not done because if you leave the vehicle in gear by accident and remote start the car it will drive itself. And yes, you can hook up remote with an EWSII system. I actually have the extra parts and directions on how to do it if someone wants those also.
