2005 M3 Comp Package.

The rear turn signals flicker rapidly & randomly. It's very faint and easier to see at night. Inside the car I have the rear light and headlight trouble indicators on all the time. Everything works fine though. Sometimes when I turn on the headlights the headlight trouble lights go off. It's odd. I tried to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the car's systems but it did not help.

The dealer is 25 miles away and it's a hassle to get out there. Any idea what I can do that can resolve the problem?

If the blinkers are flashing fast... a bulb needs to be replaced. Did you buy the car new or used?

Bought it used but still have plenty of warranty..... either way....the fronts are fine and the rears are LED and all are fine whe I put on the hazards or turn. The flickering I see is very faint and happens when the turn signals are not engaged.

The interior warning is coming on for the front are rear. So it's not just the turn signals. The do flash fast when I turn though.

I think I'm making a long trip to resolve this at the dealer.

Yup... sounds like the LCM has gone bad.
