Make reasonable offer, list is $23k. Engine is complete with catalytic converters, a/c pump, alternator and power steering. The valvetrain was partially disassembled but any good BMW shop can re-install the bits and pieces.

List is more like $15k. $23k puts you closer to S85 terriory.
