I have a very nice Seiko white samurai with boxes, links, book, warranty card, etc. with the rare white face with hobnail dial, goes on ebay for $170-200 shipped from overseas as this is a Japanese domestic market watch not imported to the states I believe.
I'll sell mine for $160 to any locals if you want it, looks very cool, kind of big, larger than a rolex submariner with some weight to it yet very comfortable. Its an automatic dive watch so no batteries, and I take paypal ;)

If I can get $160 in the paypal account today for another emergency purchase I'll sell it, otherwise I'll keep it or put it up for sale for $180 on a watch board later.

Why didn't you tell me you were going to sell your seiko mang, I might have bought it last weekend.

Yeah, last Sunday I didn't know I needed to drop $250 on VAC floor mounts. It all worked out though, I actually wore the Seiko to work today, its an awesome dive watch and very comfortable. I'll wear it Saturday. I can get you one for about $185 ish, they come up every once in a while on the watch boards I frequent. There are some sellers on ebay that sell this model for about $200+.
Mine is/was new in the box with book and warranty card, I might sell it for $165 if anyone wanted it locally.

I don't even wear a watch anymore. I still have my old tag diver, but it needs to be refurbished. if I think about it, I may send it off to tag to get a new crystal, etc.


I just look at my cell phone when I need to know what time it is.

That timex watch survived several dives at Vortex Springs (Florida) but of course, it was only ~40 feet and I didn't venture into the caves...tight spaces scares me especially with goggles...it's hard to tell how far the walls are and I was afraid of bumping my head into the cave walls...

Drive right past there on my way to the condo in Laguna, but have never stopped to dive it - I have never heard anything but good things about it though. just never stopped to dive it for some reason.

Watches are pretty much a fashion item now days. I've got a pretty sweet Diesel watch though that LED scrolls tips of the day!!

Dave Chapelle's standup routine (For What it's worth 2004) included an insight to the male pyschic. We are still assuming the hunter role that was the basis from the ice age days. But in today's society, instead of using food or etc to lure the female, we now use the car:
