I ordered a pair of Brembo rear rotors back in November from their site. Followed the thread to there 'rear rotor' rotor section. Came to install them today only to find out they are for the front. Since it is past 21 days they won't take them back. It does say in the description that the fronts are sold seperately but if they are for the front then why are they listed in the rear section? I offered to pay the shipping back but no deal. This is really bad customer service.

I'm in a battle with them as well for pads they never sent me. I then cancelled the order...I think 3 times...this was back in February, I still don't have my money...or the pads.

They sent me the wrong cat converter last year. I called after the return period and told them wrong part...send the right one or give me my money back. It took a while but they finally credited my CC.


I think those guys operate under a couple different names on the web. It also took a while to get a human being to talk to me, but once I did they took care of it.

You have to compel them to do the right thing.
