I am biased, plus I do 99% of my own work, but he runs a good shop and his techs know BMWs like the back of their hands. I think his labor rate is around $95 or $100.

If you'd like to try them out PM me and I'll send you a certificate for a FREE oil change there. No small print, no gimmick. Kinda hard to beat... :)

I was blown away by them. I can do a decent amount of stuff myself (I built and changed out a differential on a 535is yesterday), but I don't have the time between working 40 hours a week and 4-5 classes a week. Hands down they are the best shop in the area. I could not believe how well the techs know the cars. I just had them put on a set of coilovers and they worked on it from 9am-8pm on a Friday, all because Mike wanted me to be able to have fun with it over the weekend.

Thanks. The only reason I am looking is that I need poly bushes pressed in UCA.

I see. I will never bring my car to a shop other than Schneller.

Coilovers take like 3-4 hrs to install though, probably less.:help

Yeah if all goes perfect, and you still need to get it on the alignment rack after. I'm sure there was probably torching, and bolts breaking...and they likely did other things too like bushings while the car was apart.

It wasn't just coilovers, lol sorry should've mentioned that. Other stuff went on too.

Hi,

My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Morris for several years and recommend him highly. He maintains my e30 325 KP car and my wife's e30 M3 J-stock car as well as our street cars.

I have tried a few other places over the years but always end up going back to Mike. He is honest, dependable and willing to go the extra mile

Keith is possibly the best person to give feedback on Schneller. I've seen more of those two E30s then I do of my own car! :) Just about every time I visit Schneller I see at least one of those two cars. I'm pretty sure if they weren't happy they'd go somewhere else by now.

BTW, these are two VERY cool racing E30s!:redspot

+1 for Mike Morris at Schneller. He does all my big stuff, depsite the 45 minute drive there. If it is a "wait a few hours" deal, he'll deliver and pick you up from Newburyport. (Library has free computers, coffee shops, etc.) Also, I've commuted on the train (pickup and delivery from Newburyport Station).

As Keith said, honest, reliable, willing to go the extra mile, BMWCCA sponsor, BW sponsor, club racer, etc. Often has his head under someone's hood (car, that is, not jacket) at the track.

Oh, and his wife instructs (and is very, very nice) and his son is way cute.

good to hear. I have an appointment tomorrow at 9am for a free oil and filter change. I have heard many good thing hence the reason i am traveling 2hrs to see them... Scheller also gives a complimentary inspection to first time customers which is not only a great deal but a smart way to build a relationship with future customers.
