UPDATE POST #4

So my drivers side HID goes out and by process of elimination I got it down to the bulb being the proble. I called Umnitza and they were very helpful with trying to fix my problem and getting the HID to turn on again. Unfortunately it did not, so I mad a deal with them to recieve a new bulb because this bulb was suppose to have a lot more life left. The order of processes (as stated bby Umnitza) I send them $75 as deposit, they send new bulb, I send old bulb, and they send me $75 dollars...great deal!

A day before I recieve the bulb the headlight somehow turns on again...I have no idea how, but it did. It was unseasonably cold that whole week so maybe that had something to do with it, who knows. Anyway upon recieving the bulb i took it out the box and put it right back it in to send it back to Umnitza because I no longer needed it. For 2 weeks Umnitza and I were going back and forth through emails. Everytime I sent one they would respond within 20 minutes. I have been sending emails since April 27th about my deposit and I have not heard anything from them. It would be nice of them to contact me and let me know what is going on not professional like at all.

I have the receipts of when i had sent the bulb out, and USPS confirmed that the bulb had gotten there, Im dealing with them right now in trying to get the tracking number because the email i had recieved is no longer in my inbox.

Some sign of life from this company would be nice. I'd call but everytime they just tell me to email them and they will respond within 20-30 mins. :help

But by posting, you put me in an awkward position.

1) I don't know who you are by your post
2) I can't help you online
3) No one there can help you.

So, while you may be frustrated, running to the forum won't help resolve the problem.

1) We need proof of return - if you have it, great.
2) We need your name - if you have it, great.;)
3) We need your order number/deposit transaction ID.

All three of those = immediate refund - because we can quickly check the bulb and verify it arrived in one piece.

UPDATE:

Well i let frustration and finals get to me. I jumped the gun and made Umnitza look like the bad guy. We have resolved everything through private messaging, and they were of greeat customer service in telling me the best way for me to try and get a refund. Unfortunately we cannot find the HID bulb that I had sent back with USPS. I had requested insurance and tracking through USPS but never recieved anything but a confirmation of delivery,:confused I still have no idea whats going on or what state/country the bulb is in but it is not Umnitzas fault...Its just frustrating when you spend money on a brand new bulb then it turns out that you dont need it, and something happens with the delivery return ..crazzyyy stuff, but im hoping we find this bulb and I can get back the 75 dollars I paid for the bulb b/c im broke:alright
