I have tried to contact John Paul who I have previously been in touch with multiple times in the past few months but as the last 3 weeks I have gotten no response to at least 4 emails. I have posted in their threads, I have called the number. Any idea what's going on here?

i know they're doing some sort of updates to the site. i'm guessing things are being held up. i will be placing an order with them shortly.

Thanks for the input, it would be one thing if that were the case though. I can see posts from JPK on the forum. It's not like they don't have time to attend to business if they're posting in their other threads. However, they are ignoring my posts and emails.
