ok! i got a call back from him, and he explained his situation...

truthfully, i think he might have gotten the shaft by paypal and UPS, as it has happened to me before, much like he described.

it looks like we'll be working out our transaction today.


for others needing either parts or refunds, i believe he intends to make it right. he seems like a decent guy, just maybe a little overwhelmed.

not saying its a valid excuse, but sometimes shit happens thats beyond our control.
