Hi All,

What started out to be a low RPM engine vibration has lead to changing the pulleys, belts, fan clutch, fan, shroud, water pump, thermostat housing, thermostat, hoses and o-rings for the accumulator.

Very frustrating work but I am getting there. My only concern is that I should have changed the tubes. I polished them up at the ends, but if I have a problem it will be weeping at these point.

Of note.... by removing the expansion tank I was able to get the accumulator out to change the o-rings.

Smaller hands would have been nice for this project. I look like i decided to spar with a cactus.
