Details:

2 door coupe, 5 speed, 115k miles, about 10k on the new engine and 5k on the new clutch (CDV removed). Rear tires were replaced barely a few thousand miles ago, fronts have about 1/2 tread left (stock staggered setup). Black on black leather, full luxury package w/ wood trim and heated + automatic seats. Moonroof, cruise control, custom trunk mounted stock 6-cd changer, cassette, Alpine sound system, traction control.

Mods (very light):

Car came with a Momo shift knob. Since then I've added black tint, clear turn signals and markers all around, Depo ellipsoid w/ predator chromium (angel eyes) headlights, x-brace and UUC front and rear sway bars. (all stock parts have been saved and are included)

History:

Bought this car almost exactly 2 years ago almost exactly 10k miles ago from a BMW dealership that took this car as a trade-in with a number of issues. Giant work order was performed right before I purchased to bring the car up to spec including engine tear down and rebuild, brand new brake rotors/calipers and pads all around, various suspension components along with other misc. items. Title is clean/clear, no accidents. I have all the detailed service records from the work order and on.

I purchased this car w/ ~105k on the clock and bone stock aside from the Momo shift knob. Since then the only maintenance I've performed were oil changes and a rear suspension rejuvenation (shock mounts, RTABs). Clutch started to slip about 5k miles ago (original as far as I know) so I had that replaced and the CDV removed at the same time. An o2 sensor was replaced under the dealership's 30 day warranty and the most recent work done was to replace a broken differential bolt (better to happen to me than you!). Other than that the current issues that might need to be addressed would be the broken rear defroster (I was quoted full rear windshield replacement to get it fixed so I said forget it) and cabin filter which I think is original. The stock rims came with a decent number of curb rashes (no, I never curbed it once) as shown in the pics below. Also the driver side headlight is out but I have a brand new pair of identical Depo's that I've been too lazy to pop one in to replace (might be just the bulb tho, I never bothered because just the angel eyes and fog lights are bright enough for me at night).

Mechanically the car is in superb shape, the next owner should not have a big repair bill for a long, long time. This is where the true value of this car lies - I'm the type of car owner to be much more concerned with mechanical condition vs aesthetics. Cosmetically the outside of the car is in great condition for its age and the interior shows little indication of its age also, especially the rarely used rear seats. Driver side front bolster has normal wear as well as the steering wheel and shift knob. Included are also the waterproof rubber M3 floor mats on top of the normal cloth ones and M3 license plate frames.

Asking price: $16,900

Let me know what you guys think. Also if anyone can PM me how to post pics to show directly in the thread, rather than just links. Thanks
