I'm looking to stay closer to 10k.

I bought my previous 540i/6 for 9500. It was:

Black on Black
1997
155k on the odo
Wood Trip
20% Tint all around
M3 Shift Level
CDV Deleted
Premium and Sports package
(Had xenons, heated steering wheel, sports seats, etc)

I'm not against going somewhat higher mileage again for the lower price. A few things I would like, but aren't deal breakers:

Black or Silver exterior
Black interior (tan is second option, but far behind)
Updated lighting (OEM angel eyes in front, OEM led tails)
Any M-tech stuff (yeah, I know this would bump the price a bit)
Xenon's at least
Anything but wood trim (but again, not a deal breaker)
All maintenance records (if, not then all recent ones)

Show me what you've got. Will travel, but prefer the middle of the country. (I'm in Iowa)
