Which tools 1 through 4 are a must have/borrow? Which ones are nice to have but can do without?:

I will be replacing the head gasket with a stock one, and will NOT be removing the valves. Leakdown was perfect before the HG leak.

Lastly, what other parts do I need which are not included in the headgasket set?:

1) exhaust manifold nuts
2) ??
3) ?

You NEED #1 in the tools section. The rest are nice to have but not necessary. A 12 pt socket works fine although it may need to be ground down for the head bolts.

For the upper gasket set, it's not a bad idea to replace a bunch of the seals while you're in there anyway.

Make sure you buy new exhaust studs as well, the nuts get stuck on the old ones and it can be a royal PITA to get them off. Although if you're supercharged you can probably take the head off with the manifolds still attached.
