what did you end up doing? rebuild or DASC? i assume rebuild since the housings for the DASC are on backorder.

well for now it looks like just a boring rebuild but i was talking to my dad and he said that mabey this summer i could supercharge it, after reading about gizmos car (the guy in south africa) i kinda want to build up my little motor, instead of swaping but who knows what will happen. i miss driving it though (tear lol).

oh building up an M42 into a, what was it? S42 motor? i always thought that that would be interesting but i always questioned the reliability since the motor was supposedly just used for BTCC racing. hmmm is S42 correct?

I think my dream for my motor (at least right now) would be to stroke it like he did with the m47 crank but not bore it out just had the pistons decked and pocketed then supercharged it that way I would get a lot more torque (do you think the results would it actually work like that?) i was trying to convince my dad that it would work like that. if i come on sat you all will have to help me convince him that that is what i should do lol
