no the v8 is from a 5 series sometimes also used in a 7 series I think...

who has a 540 v8 in his e30...and it will fit.

A 3.1 m20 costs some major bucks to do, and at that point with the custom rods and what not turboing seems to be better. What fuel system and injectors did they run on it???

sick!!! do you have any more pics? cool!, never seen carbs (let alone dual side-drafts) on an s14 before.
those rockers look beefy! that adjuster is pretty cool too...it sure would make adjusting valves quite a bit easier & faster.

Some people like NA. And I really doubt FI is cheaper than building a 3.0/3.1L. Jeff's car is plenty fast for being NA.

What is the deal with that inboard suspension on the red car??? I've never seen such a design on a BMW, even the most highly developed ones. How does this work?

it will give a 3 to 1 ratio....so 3" movement on the wheel equals only 1" of shock stroke...can be adjusted to be 2 to 1 as well.....

if you look at many exotics and any formula car(open wheel racer) they use a variation on this design.

You can design a it to give you a progressive rate as well......

in the end I'm not the designer but thsi sort of thing has been succefully used many times....

Those cars are simply awesome! I love the kit on the red 2002 with the wide wheels. Forget 2.7 strokers, 3.1 strokers are where its at!
