I just got a Valentine One but I hate the stupid power cord and the clunky cigarette lighter plug. Can anyone recommend a place to have the hard wire installed on the X5 and the S2000?

Thanks,

Minsoo

Hmmm on the s2000 unfortunately I don't know.

I believe on my 99 e36 there is a purple switched power in my sunroof panel. I can try to find the wiring diagram for you to find a switched power source up there in your sunroof panel(easiest spot)

Here's one way to hardwire it into your X5:

Thanks!
I'll ask the S2000 crew about hardwire to it.

Hey Minsoo, congrats on the new S2000. How do you like the new ride?

Hey Minsoo, congrats on the new S2000. How do you like the new ride?

I absolutely love it.
The shifter is the best ever.
The S2000 has all the classic sports car feedback qualities I wanted-red, light, high revving engine, open top, slot car handling. (At least until I can get a REAL RED car from Italy one day...LOL!)

BTW, I'm waiting to hear back from TC Kline when they have their coil overs back in stock. I think my M Coupe is going to get many of the same suspension parts yours has. I'll have some questions for you on how you have your setup when it gets put in if you don't mind.
