I picked up this beast (http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=65523) yesterday.

I'm so excited! Hopefully the roads dry up this week. :boink

Constant,

That is a great looking car in awesome shape. Are you planning to track / autocross it?

Talk to J.M3 and Sweet///Motion as they both had/have Dinan SC e36's. :buttrock

Where in MA are you from?

I was planning on autoX'ing last year, but never got around to it. I will definitely make an effort this year. I suck at it anyway, so I'll be on the opposite scale of FTD. :(

I want to do a driver's school or track event, but how do you guys handle insurance if the unimaginable were to happen? My insurance company (MetLife) has already told me they won't cover it.

I'm in Lowell. It's really not that bad. :D

Well with all those mods you will be running in A-mod so you will have some stiff competition. Oh well, that car will be a blast to run both at autox's and drivers schools.

Every insurance and track is different. I have Met as well and I have yet to mention that I track my car. :devillook

Sweet car! Its a great feeling to pick up a new car, huh? When I got the ///M, I was estatic for days afterward, driving it everywhere for no reason at all:) Enjoy the car!
