Yup. My car is still in the shop waiting for its new engine. I weep whenever I see another 3 series on the road...I want my car back so bad. I'm borrowing a friends Jeep Wrangler. Even with the V6, its slow as all hell, sounds like a turbine engine on the highway, has horrible traction, and I wouldn't dare throw it into a corner. Not to mention how uncomfortable it is.

I feel you're pain my cars been gone for three weeks or so

i feel you're pain. I my 330xi is in the shop until friday. I driving a discovery and it sucks. Big time! Engine noise is oppresive and the handling sucks. The only good thing is I can drive over anything including bumps and potholes. I never knew how attached I am to my bmw until today. Plus it's so uncomfortable in this discovery. Some reject from NASA must of designed it with a drunk english man because nothing in this truck make sense.

When I was Bimmer less for a week I wanted to kill myself. I hated driving the TL (which I used to love driving). I kept finding problems with it, and it made me love my car SO SO much more.

i hate not having my car- I feel like i'm driving garbage truck. my wife is using the wagon-so i stuck with this gas guzzler.

Does that mean you sold it now? I see '06 Passat on your car list. How's that treating you. Why did you sell?

I sold the 328 to a local forum member after i put nearly 26k into over 2 years... That includes 10k in mods. I loved it but it was just sucking my bank account dry.

I just got the 06 passat and love it. Its actually pretty fast i raced my friend e36 m3 and gave him a pretty good run from 30-100. After only having the passat 2 months i am selling it though.

Next car is e30 325is with a built s52 and around 600-700hp should be fun i already have the block ready i just need the car turbo and a few other parts.

Don't sweat it...it will be back at home shortly!
