i get water filtering in on the passengers side under the rug of my 2000 x5. i have checked the hoses that come down from the sunroof with air pressure, checked for leaks in the lines and nothing. i am not sure if there was a re-call on the cowl as i did notice water can filter in due to its not sealing properly to windshield. if anyone has any idea what i can do next i will greatly appreciate it. im just trying o remedy the problem b 4 my cpu is damaged, as there has been no known re-call with this matter.

i don't own an x5, but another good place to check is in the cowl. pop the hood and check the drain for leaves and debris. hope this helps.

cowl was clean, i did check out the cowl on my & another x5 what i noticed was that the rubbers on mine didnt meet quite as snug as on the other... im actually going 2 remove the glove box again along with the rug and seat to c if i can see where it comes down. that should only take me about 10 min, the hard part will b waiting 4 the water. thanks 4 looking ill keep u posted. any suggestions r welcome thanks
