Long story short, I bought a suspension kit from a fellow member, knowing full well that the spring perches that go with Motor-force camber plates were cracked around the top bearing.

I contacted Brian @ Vorshlag, explained the situation, who agreed that this was a defect. Even though I didn't buy the perches from Vorshlag, he asked that I send them back so he could assess the situation and exchange them.

Brian has been extremely quick ro reply to my emails and overall a real nice guy to deal with.

Props for a great guy, who I later found out is a supporting vendor here.

No problem, Hugo. We've seen a few of those crack on stock style spring perches if one spring compressor is totally off the spring and the other is still compressed. No big deal, we'll take care of it. :)

Well, many vendors would simply deny responsibility, or refuse to cover it since it was bought used.

It is nice to see that there are still some companies who care about customer service.
