4 channel amp make with the factory speakers? I personally think the factory speakers sound very adequate, especially with a clean sounding sub. How easy should it be to swap out the factory amp? Any reconmendations on wattage? Thanks.

i didn't have time to install my speakers, so i can answer this one.

It sounds better, i did the head unit too, but it is no where near the quality that the aftermarkets will give. It will go louder, and will have better response, they don't distort too much, but they also aren't full enough for me.

I am currently using a ppi 4400.2 which is a real clean amp, if you are going to do it that way, keep it clean, using a crappy amp would be pointless.

Wouldnt you need a cross over since isnt the cross over in the factory amp?
