Thanks for the compliment. Parts are easily available. BMW is one of the best when it comes to keeping parts for old cars available. (Although my car isn't that old.) Hell, they were able to build a 2002 from scratch (frame up) last year. Mobile Tradition (a division of BMW devoted to preserving the history of BMW) even reproduces parts when availability becomes low on the older cars.
