View Full Version : Freeman Motors has a Z8!
993 911 04-06-2007, 01:29 AM Wonder what is wrong with it? 50k miles for 79k isn't too bad, lets all pitch in 5 thousand and make it a Bf.c team race car.

If its been touch by pacific motorsports then I wouldnt want anyone to buy it since who knows the the hell they did to the car. They have incompetent mechanics working there that will tell you just what you want to hear

Have you had any oddball problems with your car? I almost got an E39 M5 from them and then backed out after the shady stuff that kept popping up. Then it took like 2 weeks to get the $500 holding payment back.

actually no, in fact i was pleasantly suprised by alot of things(i'm assuming it's all the PO though) but alot of parts were already replaced at some point, just random parts that wear and people normally wouldn't pay attention to. so far it's been great though!:alright had it for a year now
darkpoeticken 04-06-2007, 02:45 PM Everyone should avoid this car and dealer like the plague. They are the worst business people...ever. I helped someone buy a car from them back in december, and it took until mid january before they were willing to hand over the title. They kept making up stories and excuses about how it was lost or missing in their office.
My mechanic's shop is about 3 blocks down the street, and he used to do work for them before he got too busy. Every single car he saw was completely messed up in an odd way. The cars just seemed to be bottom of the barrel auction cars. They also don't allow pre purchase inspections.
An old friend of mine works at a local cafe. Eric Freeman and his sidekicks were eating in there making jokes about how many stupid people they rip off on a regular basis.
They will tell any lie if it sells a car. They were insisting to me that a simple relay was blown causing a nav system to not work. I found it a little hard to believe since the screen was clearly CRACKED.
Stay the hell away from these idiots! Test drive their cars, sleep with their wives, but for crist sake dont buy anything.

same goes with Pacificmotorsports
the car is sweet but like every one seems to agree STAY AWAY FROM THE DARK SIDE.
SeattleBMW325i 04-07-2007, 03:47 AM like i said, my experience was great with them :dunno. nothing was wrong with the car at all. no suprises or anything, and i got pretty good customer service as well. although i seem to recall it taking a bit to get the title, but not 3 months.
what made me nervous was the dealership in downtown renton, who was willing to take my BEAT up 325e in as a trade in...any dealer that would sell that thing, is not one i want to be buying from...

You seem to be the exception, definitely not the norm.
rizzag 04-07-2007, 03:31 PM About 4 years ago we bought a 97 328i from Freeman with 60k on it for private party kelly blue book price. It was a privious BMW certified preowned and has been a wonderful car. We have never had one single problem with it, clean carfax too.
guess we got lucky.
you guys might have gotten lucky. but on a car that expensive i would not like to take a chance even though that is a sweet car.
