It seems everywhere in socal between 5:45-9 am and 2-7pm is rush hour on weekdays.

Got stuck in huge traffic jam on the 10 fwy around 12:30 am sat. night. Turned and went another way only to find there was an all lanes closed accident and even bigger jam.

Agreed, LA is relentless traffic during the week. But don't let the weekends fool you. No "rush hour" but constant jam pretty much throughout the 405 from SFV down to San Diego. I feel like a caged beast. arrhhhgggg.

Saturday during the daytime seems to be even worse up there than a weekday since more people are out and about.
