well the wifey just got laid off, along with a lot of other people that have anything to do with billing operations for ATT/CINGULAR.

looks like they have decided to "outsource" the entire operation....whats more facked up. they made her train her replacement.

As mention they are outsourcing the entire operation to "ANOTHER COUNTRY" :nono

not only that, they already send most of it to outsourcing companies like Affina etc.
If the person you are speaking to doesn't seem to be able to see but a month or two of your bill, or has a hard time explaining what is going on, you probably are NOT talking to an At&T rep.
I ahted workign there and quit aweek after I got on the phones. I wanted to help people, not Bs tehm and then "connect" them to AT&T (can't say Transfer!, people don't like being transfered!)

no i ment is there anyway she would kno someone who can unlock it. i talked to cingular and they said they coudlnt do it at the store and i would have to send the phone in. ive never messed with samsung phones. and this is why

Sorry to hear. I personally hate Cingular because 1/4 of my fucking calls get dropped after 1.5 minutes.

i have Cingular and I don't want to renew my contact I think I liked Tmobile better....

I dont get what you guys are talking about dropped calls. I mean remember, "Cingular has the fewest dropped calls of any network." I know why too, they have the fewest connected calls as well!!!! My sister and I both have cingular and they only way we can talk with each other is if it is the second Wednesday of the fourth month, all the planets are aligned just right and it is a new moon. It is ridiculous!

I've always had good luck with Cingular/ATT/whatever....


besides they are exclusive to the iPhone thru 2010 I think.
