Hey guys, Ive got a Z3 that may need a new starter. Instead of getting ass raped by the dealer wanting $700+ to replace the starter, I was wondering if anyone in the Milwaukee or greater Milwaukee area would like to come over and repair themselves. I dont have any experience with BMW's and I dont even want to try. For those have have changed the starter before and would like to give it another shot, please reply in this thread. Ill pay $150 to that person willing to come over.

BTW, i live in Ozaukee county which is located 20 miles north of Milwaukee, WI.

I might be interested in coming over to Milwaukee this weekend. I'm not sure as I have a couple things going on. Shoot me a PM on Friday night and I'll probably have a better idea of what I've got going on. You do have a replacement starter right?
