Arguably the best run of the night: Me vs the MS6 from a dig the second time around up to ~130mph. AWD launch owned me out of the hole, I started to pull around 100-110 and passed a little shy of 120:

right on!..........you should be the fastest of them all with your mods, even without i think. mazda was just faster out of the hole because of its awd.
if you see his trap, he was just over 98 mph......that's just below or even with most stock M3s trap speed. mine was close to 100 mph stock.

Nice clips and kills. Why didnt you race the ms6 from a roll?

Nice runs, I guess I need to throw a few more dollars into the MS6 :devillook
I will say though that the MS6 is a tempermental beotch, somedays it feels pretty good other days I feel like I'd be better off getting out and running. What flash does your friend have?
Again man nice runs.

Very nice. Just as I thought.
+1 To race the ms6 from a roll. Also how much awhp do you think that ms6 was putting down?

I did race the MS6 twice from a roll, he missed 2nd gear both times. I can easily say that I would have pulled him from a roll though. He had a dealer reflash because his car was being temperamental when he first got it.

So the mazda speed isn't tuned? So he might be seeing 20whp and then the weight difference. You clearly have more whp if you are running away from him at 110mph. What do you dyno at?

Yeah, a real tune is still forthcoming for the MS6, they're big pains in the ass to tune due to the drive by wire and a few other goofy things. I've seen some tuners getting close to 20-30awhp and 40-50 wtq gains, not quite as impressive as the 335 is capable of with a tune but it's a much smaller engine with one tiny turbo instead of two. Nice runs, go 10 year old cars!

Re the MS6, the turbo is riding the edge of efficiency out of the factory. You have to upgrade the hair dryer to get any real power. I've seen a few kits that claim 400HP+ crank but they're still working out the software.

I have not taken my car to the dyno yet. But with the mods it has I would say I am in the range of 220whp. The MS6 was still a quick car down low, I think the tiny turbo runs out of steam up top.

judging by his 98mph trap speed, he couldn't be putting down much power at all. that's an impressive 60', though.
