I noticed some sort of leak today when I was walking to my car, it looks like it came from the front driver side around where the coolant is. I've been told its battery acid but how could battery acid leak from the front when the battery is in the back? I have a 99 323i, never had any leaks before so this is new. part of the puddle is still a little wet and looks like some sort of clear liquid, but part of it dried up into some kind of white almost powdery stuff.
i dont want to touch it plus i'm stuck at work all day in my work clothes so i cant investigate til later.
any ideas?
