Thanks for taking the time......I just bought my second bmw, a 94'-530i. I have been picking away at all the minor stuff like brake lining sensors, ambient air temp probe, etc.

My question is I cant get any of the OBC info to appear on the CCM. I changed the battery recently, so I tried holding the button in on the blinker for 5 sec. and I get nothing!! The CCM does display seatbelt warning, and the functions of the radio. I havent tried the fuses yet, but I dont think that is the problem. Does the blinker button have a relay on it or something? Its as if the OBC is not getting that signal when I press in the blinker? The OBC works fine, just doesnt relay to the CCM.

I dont know if the blinker button ever worked as I bought the car with the Brake Linings error planted on it 24/7.

Any thoughts?
