I had this unit mounted permanently in my e46. It works perfectly. But now I'm driving my e36/7 coupe more and more, and I have the iPod adaptor so I find I'm not listening to Sirius as much. The screen on the Calypso is perfect because the day I bought it I put a clear plastic film over it so it wouldn't scratch. There is velcro on the bottom because on occasion we used it in my wife's car which has a velcro spot on her dash. Incluses the remote. You'll have to find an antenna and a power cord. That's all you need because it plays through your FM radio in the car.
