hi guys, got in the car tonight and the check engine light came on and the car shook a little. has anyone else experienced this?? ps, the car only has 90 miles on it, i just picked it up thurs night!!!! thanks!

I had the same issue, the check engine light came on after roughly 30 miles on the car. I thought it was because of the cold because I left my car in the garage for a couple of days without driving it (away on vacation), and when I came back and drive it for the first time, the light came on.

The light went away when I took it to the dealership the next day, and it never came back on since. The advisor told me that it might happen for new model and ask me to take it back if the light came on again. Luckily it hasnt light up since (knock on wood)

I had the same problem, Check Engine Light came on at 50 miles.

Took it back to the dealership, they changed the O2 Senor then it was fine.
The guy told me they had a few 07 328XI Coupes report the same problem.
Must of been a bad part manufactor.

hi guys, brought it to the service dept lastnight, and of course the light went off when the guy came to look at it, he drove it and "everything seems fine", the light hasn't come back on yet, so i'm hoping it won't be a problem again. thanks for your answers.
