Just how it sounds. It is for my panasonic HU I bought from a friend. I dont have an ipod, so its up for sale. One side goes into the HU, in the middle is a black plastic thing, I assume it charges your ipod, and the other end plugs into the bottom of your ipod, worked awesome in friends car, It FS now.
