My wife doesn't know this,but I'm looking at buying the M5 bumpers,does anyone know of a good place to purchase them,I'm looking at bav auto sport,$1300.00 for both front and back,complete with fog lights and all hard ware.Anyone know of a better place??

I think there is an M-tech group buy, the front bumper for the e36 is only like $250 or something. Check out the vendor/group buy section, im sure you can get a way better deal.

yeah they have the m5 front bumper for the e39 in the group buy. also the fog lights. i dunno if you would want the rear bumper, it owuldnt lookm good unless you do the quad exhaust setup which is big money. pick up some m5 mirrors while your at it. you can save yourself $1000 from buying at bavauto, although it isnt oem, this example of oe is very good

I thought it was more like 20 posts before you could post links/pics. I agree, I don't think you should get the back unless you're getting the quad exhaust too.

Yeah,I agree about the dual exhaust,but if you buy a 5series,you can get the M-Tech bumpers,but with that crappy looking single exhaust pipe.I have a relatively new Super Sprint exhaust,so I'm looking at buying that rear bumper,not the twin M5 bumper.I might have to do alittle cutting to fit my exhaust.
