What brand and regular or synthetic with certain mileage are you guys using for your motor oil.

I am using Mobil 1 - Synthetic 110K miles

I believe in keeping the lubricating internal parts as new & friction free as possible. Hell as long as the internal lubricating parts are in great condition and the compression stays within tolerance limits the motor should perform like new!
