we got templates and everything. it is better though to buy a new nose panel and possibly a new hood to make the job easier. thanh did all the work so he can testify to this. he has a place to buy cheap body parts though. his paint job is superb too!

I'm going to leave it as is, I'm not a big fan of stretched tires. From the looks of it, i probably won't be done until Monday.

This is what it cost me to do just the hood........

Paint = $60
Primer = $25
Sheet Metal = $20
New Hood = $80
New Nose Panel = $25
Rent a Welder = $40
Labor = to much... :eek:

Grand Total = $250

And of course the left over paint i use on my new m3 bumper. I have a couple of other items from my past projects that save me money to use on this project (clear coat, sand paper, etc....).

Looks good... I think you should consider some flares and wider wheels (no stretch) to really set it off. Just a thought to make it even more aggressive.

JedzE36/5
03-26-2007, 10:14 AM
yea maybe some wheel spacers.

Phamster

yea maybe some wheel spacers.

I don't think that would happen. It's already sticking out far enough and it's still hitting the fender. I just need some different tire sizes.

JedzE36/5

after we roll then lets see. you are wanting to pull the fenders anyway right?

The fitment of my front bumper was hard because the front was in a small accident. I haven't had time to fix that yet.... But for now it will stay like that until school is out.
