hey guys,

I'm receiving my 335 in may via european delivery. Was wondering if the nav system would work over there assuming i got the proper DVD?

thanks

absolutely. they actually recommend that you order the correct disk through your dealer's parts department (the EU version) and take it with you in your luggage. the dealer should put the US version in the car when it gets delivered here.

thanks theroyalwe.

Would i have to pay the additional couple hundred for the euro disk? or would they be kind enough to lend me one.

thanks

They will loan you a disk. Just ask.

What??? You will need to buy it...or find someone else who has one and work something out with them.

I've never heard of the ED people loaning a nav disk... maybe you can con your CA into getting you one from parts and then returning it... but that's up to them.

Cool. May be worth the money to save from getting lost. Will i need to get a english localized DVD or does any DVD work? Either way, shouldnt be too tough to figure it out. munchen = munich. praha=-prague

I think the disks are multiple language... the only change is the locations. I'm sure the dealer can help you with the disk... I'll try and find my ED binder tomorrow to see what it says... they may give you a number to call. I'll let you know.

from what I remember, the disks were only like $125. check to see if you can find one on ebay if you want to save a few bucks.
