I beleive that I will be going with the: ESS Supercharger System

VT1 7PSI Supercharges System (108-47)
411 Hp (7PSI) more in the 445hp
400 Torque ?
8 Larger Bosch fuel injectors
New ECU chip, but may try this & the Wokke 2000 for efficiency!

This system was designed for the 93 - 95 540i which should work in the 840 engine bay areas with slight modifications.

I would install myself with the help of some Turbo/Supercharge Mechs. that I know!

The price is hefty!! @ $6,235 US + Labor (Dyno-Tuning) which equates to about $49.88 or $39.21 per Horsepower!

Supercharged 411 445

Stock 286 286

Incr 125 159

This is a sizable investment! However, I have spent more racing Superbikes!

I have talked-it over with the wife. She requires me to do some more research and have 1 or more options for the value-price, warranty and longitivity!

That is about the only option available in a box at the moment.

You can't do that. The ESS chip is custom Programmed for the specific Air/Fuel mixture for their Supercharger setup (Bigger injectors to provide more gas and more air using SC). Wokke is for NA engines.

You may also want to check with VF engineering about their 540 Kit. (http://www.vf-engineering.com/index.php?v=/kit_bmw_e39_540.php) But I am pretty certain that ESS is probably easier.
