Hey guys I need to buy a new battery, I'm trying to get a group 92. Where can I get a good price for that type of battery? Or should I get a different type of battery? If so, from whom?

I tried to find one that would bolt into the factory location with a vent tube, but couldn't find one that was the right size.... I ended up just buying one from the dealer... Yes it was expensive, but the original battery lasted 10 years, so I figured it was worth it.

Make sure you fasten the new battery down and that it has a vent tube..

Be sure to get a battery that is convertible specific. The convertibles come with special batteries from the factory that withstand the extra vibrations that convertible have.

You may also want to look at lighter weight racing batteries, but keep the vibration issue in mind.
