Foamy 03-22-2007, 07:16 PM ok i can get it for 300 bucks it is an 88 and mt car is an 88. si i guess my quesion is winn the moter from my 528e bolt onto the standard trani in the other 528e? its got an auto on it now. ProjectP 03-22-2007, 08:06 PM It will as long as you put the flywheel from the manual car onto your engine vincenzo533i 04-04-2007, 12:48 AM yeah they only made the 528e from 82-88. The motors are identical, the are both m20 motors from an 88. you can swap those engines and still use all the exsisting wireing and ECU its all the same. The Tranny will bolt right up like Projectp stated as long as you put the flywheel from the manual car onto u're engine. I would suggest going with a lighter flywheel tho becase the stock one on the m20 motor weighs around 23LB!! U can get a lighter on that is only 12. Just look for a used one and u'll get it cheep. |
