as for the price i would like to get 15-17k for the car considering that there aren't very many e36's with less than 100k on them, and the car has been well looked after.

no the cooling system has not been replaced, it actually kicks @$$, ice cold.
As for pricing 16k obo (i.e. negotiable), go look on ebay and find a car w/ less than 70k miles and see what they are going for.

I don't think it was at FSU, it usually is driven only on weekends. But there is another e36 M3 sedan in town.
