Yes, they do make one for the stock air box. Or, you could do this:

It should be noted that you will not experience any real performance increase with either kit. The factory intake works just fine.

That, and you can get a kit from TCD if you want as well. But id stick with paper!

now, THAT'S what i'm talking about. damn, that's a clean motor. does it come with the cold air? that's the setup i was looking for.

That cold air intake is from turbochargingdynamics.com and will set you back roughly 225.

k&n sucks, you already have a cold air intake, but its plastic, so it warms up faster than one you buy, and you will have to clean the filter all the time, and actually i read a big article someone sent me http://www.bmwe34.net/e34main/upgrade/Air_filter.htm
