This is a brand new 5L Washer Fluid Tank for the E36 chassis that came on some European E36 and Z3 models that had headlight washers. It fits in place of the stock 2.5L tank on all e36 models. I purchased this to use with a water injection system because of the much larger capacity. Part number is 61678366420. $40 shipped within the US.

can you put up some wider pics? does it mount in the same spot as the US stock reservior? does it use the same low washer fluid sensor? being that it's twice the volume, i wonder a bit about the fit, but i'm working toward a w/a injection kit, this would be a perfect option.

I have the exact some 5L euro washer. It mounts the same as the stock & uses the same connectors/sensors. I drilled a small hole for WI. I have since removed it & opted for the other euro "bumper" washer :)

still good for $40 shipped? i'm going to double check the available space in engine bay (liquid intercooler runs through that area), but if it looks like it will work then i'll take it.

Are you saying there is a euro washer reservoir that fits inside or behind the bumper? Pics and/or part #? How many Liters capacity is it?

Thanx for the link, but what is it's capacity? Over 5 liters?

Is there room to mount it PLUS the stock 2.5L or 5L tank in the regular location?

i think the compacity is about 4-5L
it fits like a glove behind the passenger front bumper.

Do you have one Jokester? Could you post a list of partnumbers you ordered for the conversion, and perhaps the total cost? Which tank is it, 61 66 2 228 390 or 61 66 2 228 067?

Thanks!

Thanks,
